City users flood text counselling service for rural areas

A VIRTUAL counselling service set up specifically to help people in rural and regional areas has soared in popularity since it launched two weeks ago, but not all users are the intended population.

Virtual Psychologist CEO Dervla Loughnane said she had to double her staff due to the overwhelming response, but she was concerned that some city users were detracting from services specifically designed to help country folk.
